These terms apply to your use of ObsticleDash and related online services by ORION GLE LTD. By using the app and related support routes, you agree to these terms.

2. App use
Use ObsticleDash lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its security, or attempt unauthorised access to connected systems or services.
3. Account and access
Where access to related services, leaderboards, support routes, or purchase flows is restricted, access is limited to authorised users. Keep any credentials secure.
4. Intellectual property
App content, branding, design elements, source materials, and related assets belong to ORION GLE LTD or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
5. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the app and related pages accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
6. Third-party services
Third-party services, including app distribution, advertising, analytics, and payment services, are governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Purchases and billing
If in-app purchases are offered, you must provide complete and accurate payment details and be authorised to use the chosen payment method. Purchase handling is subject to applicable App Store terms.
8. Refunds and fee changes
Where paid content is offered, pricing may change with notice. Refund rights are governed by applicable law and any relevant App Store policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, consequential, or commercial loss is excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to indemnify ORION GLE LTD for losses arising from unlawful use of the app or breach of these terms.

Access may be suspended or terminated for security, legal, or serious breach reasons where reasonably necessary.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected through an updated effective date.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law states otherwise.
