These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Orion GLE Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) for use of VOW Focus.
By using VOW Focus, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use paid stake features.
VOW Focus is a behavioural focus app. Sessions may fail if you leave the active focus screen or app state changes in a way that breaks session rules.
Some sessions use stake credits. If a session fails, credits may be deducted according to the stake terms shown before session start.
Digital purchases are processed via Apple In-App Purchase. Applicable pricing is shown before checkout confirmation.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under applicable law, including:
Stake-related mechanics are intended to be transparent and proportionate to session choices.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple policies and applicable law. You can contact us for support and we will assist where possible.
You must not exploit, interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse app functionality.
We may update or change features for security, compliance, or product reasons. We may update these Terms and publish revised versions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful.
Use of VOW Focus is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
