These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Orion GLE Ltd ("we", "us", "our") for use of the Don't Tap app.
By using Don't Tap, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian permission where required by law) to make in-app purchases.
Don't Tap is a reflex/timing game. Performance results (including scores, streaks, reaction timings, level progression, and leaderboard submissions) depend on device and gameplay conditions.
Levels, unlocks, scores, and local progress may vary between devices and may be reset if app data is removed. We may rebalance gameplay, level requirements, and scoring mechanics.
Digital purchases are processed via Apple In-App Purchase. Pricing is shown before checkout confirmation.
Where ads are enabled, Don't Tap may offer rewarded ads (for example, optional continue mechanics). Availability may vary by region and device.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under applicable law, including:
Refunds for App Store purchases are managed under Apple policies and applicable law. You may contact support@oriongle.co.uk and we will assist where possible.
You must not exploit, interfere with, reverse engineer, automate, or misuse app functionality, leaderboards, ad systems, or purchase flows.
We may update, suspend, or modify features for product, legal, security, or compliance reasons. We may also update these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful.
Use of Don't Tap is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
